However, you can’t carry over your items to the Hard++ run so there is no incentive other than learning the game to play easy first. However, if you’re rubbish at these types of games you may want to do an easy run first. If you are having trouble seeing particular items in the regular default theme, try switching to DARK.Īs previously stated, you can complete all the achievements in one run through. All elements popped nicely to my knowledge. When making the Walkthrough, I was using DARK THEME.Arcane Immunity make the final boss fight a cake walk and the Melee Immunity make one of the more annoying challenges involving dodging falling rocks for 60 seconds more tolerable.

These are very useful to make hard sections easier. 2 RARE ITEMS you should never waste are Arcane Immunity Scrolls (only about 5 in game) and Melee Immunity Scrolls (only a few in game).

Plus the Bow & Arrow is generally as effective for ranged attacks. Generally I'd avoid using magics other than healing because they drain essences and there's an achievement for collecting 666 of each (which could take a long time to farm if you use magic).Don't forget that Daniel can often dodge projectiles (especially traps) by ducking with the or.if you are a LVL 5, then you can only allocate up to 5 points for Constitution or Armor) The maximum amount of Character Points you can allocate to any given category is the # of your current Character Level.Extra points hang on to for now, for later use (don't worry, they won't go anywhere!) Every time you level up be sure to add the character points to your melee weapon chosen and your bow, and also to your constitution and armor.Generally having a PET will make the game A LOT easier, especially on the harder difficulties! In other words an enemy who is weak against fire will take loads of damage from the Dragon Whelp Pet. They usually have an element associated with them (Frost, Fire, Light, etc.) and their damage is stronger against enemies with the particular pet’s element as their weakness.

They float next to Daniel and help him by either attacking enemies or healing Daniel.

You do not take ANY fall damage (unless you land on spikes or an enemy ).
